Saturday Academic Assistance and Parent Meetings for January

Parents and Students:


Hard to believe but we are already half way through January!


We wanted to update you on some of the things going on at the Junior High-

1) Saturday Academic Assistance- we will have another Academic Assistance time at the Junior High from 8:00-11:00 a.m. this Saturday (1/19). Teachers will be available to help students and we will have our computer labs open for students to work. Students can come and go as needed unless they are directly invited to Saturday Academic Assistance by a staff member.

2) Parent Meetings for January- With January comes the discussion of transition and planning for the next school year!


8th Grade parents will have the opportunity to meet with the high school staff on Thursday January 24th at the high school auditorium. Students whose last name starts with a letter between A-K will meet at 6:00 p.m. If your student's last name starts with a letter betweek L-Z you will meet at 8:00 p.m. for further questions you can contact the high school offices at 967-6631.


7th grade parents will meet with the Junior High Administration and discuss the transition to 8th grade on Monday night January 28th at 6:00 p.m. in the Junior High Auditorium. We will have both the 6th grade parents and 7th grade parents attend this meeting and split into separate groups for further informational sessions.
